There are two key differences.
1. The annual plan saves you around 20% compared to the monthly plan cost.
2. With the monthly plan, you get a set number of credits that reset at every renewal — unused credits don't carry over to the next month. The annual plan, on the other hand, gives you all your credits upfront, and you can use them whenever you need throughout the year. That said, any unused annual credits don't roll over to the following year either.

Credits are the usage units that power SoftHiring. Each action—such as candidate search, ranking, or screening—uses a certain number of credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
To give you a clearer idea, here's a typical example:
- Job ad generation: 5–10 credits (depending on the amount of information provided)
- Candidate pre-match: 0 credits
- Longlist creation and updates: 30–50 credits (depending on the number of applications received)
- Single candidate re-evaluation: 1 credit
- Longlist report generation: 7–10 credits
- PowerPoint presentation generation: 1 credit per selected candidate
In practice, a complete hiring project typically uses between 50 and 100 credits.
For example, a Silver license with 3 users allows your team to run approximately 25 complete recruitment projects per month, making it suitable for organizations with ongoing hiring needs.

Yes, you can update your subscription at any time directly from the admin section of the SoftHiring platform. If you upgrade (adding users or switching to a higher plan), the charge is applied immediately and the changes take effect right away. If you downgrade, the changes will kick in at the start of your next billing period.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Your card data never passes through our servers.

No. For monthly billing plans, credits fully reset at the start of each period. Any unused credits from the previous period are not carried over.

If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packages directly from your admin page on the SoftHiring platform. Credits bought this way never expire and are only used once your regular periodic credits have been fully consumed.

You can cancel your subscription directly from the "Admin" section of the SoftHiring platform. You'll still have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll have an additional 30 days to log in to your personal area to view and download all your data.

SoftHiring includes a bulk import feature for your existing database. You can find the .csv template for the import in the Profiles section of the platform.

SoftHiring has a built-in smart parsing system that reads PDF files and automatically creates a candidate profile by pulling all the relevant information from the document. You can also do a bulk parse of multiple files at once by simply selecting the folder that contains them.
